Job Description We are hiring for a part time or full time position.

This position will provide clerical assistance as well as receptionist responsibilities which is critical in the overall successful operation of the Agency.
Performs duties such as maintaining files for agency staff and returning them to the proper location and assisting team members with administrative tasks.
Responsible for daily mail runs to/from the Post Office.
Receiving and sorting daily mail Works within all functional areas and supports all aspects of Agency operations as needed.
Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls.
Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent.

years of work-related experience required with a strong, team-based focus on customer service.
Experience working in a team environment administratively supporting co-workers as needed.
