Description
The Director of Homeowner Service will be responsible for managing the efforts of the homeowner service team members. Review the Quality Standards Inspections (QSI) process to ensure that home is ready to be presented to the new homeowner and is free of defects. Submit issues that need to be addressed back to Community Builders and Area Presidents. Procure and manage professional service agreements and contracts related to construction services and building materials for homeowner service and warranty repairs.
Preferred candidate will have a bachelor's degree and six months to one year of customer service/homeowner service experience, in addition to one year of experience in finish phases of construction. Successful candidate must maintain a valid driver's license.
Candidate must proactively face challenges while being committed to providing customers with excellent services and products. The capacity for directing others while under pressure and maintaining a high level of ethics and integrity in all dealings is a must. Strategic planning abilities, handling multiple tasks with simultaneous deadlines and demonstrating good judgment and decision-making skills are necessities for this position. The candidate must have a proven track record of success in building effective teams and interpersonal relationships while steadfastly pushing self and others for results.
