Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN - In-Office Position
Interim HealthCare is looking to hire an LPN for the hours of Monday - Friday from 3pm-9pm and Saturdays 9am-5pm. This position is required in office and after hours for the purpose of having a skilled nurse available to handle any and all medical questions/incidents. Essential Functions & Tasks:
Assist in organizing and submitting Doctor's Orders Clinical Documentation Chart Audits Home care scheduling and intake Answer phones Provides other assignments as requested Able to effectively communicate in English with all levels of the workforce, both clinical and non-clinical. Able to read and interpret technical instructions related to the care of the patient. Able to effectively deal with multiple changes based on patient needs and scheduling. Proven organizational skills and detail orientation. Ability to multi-task, work under pressure with changing priorities and short deadlines, and effectively workload. Ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing, with clinical and non-clinical personnel Excellent computer skills Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:
License to practice in the state of Delaware At least one year's experience working in a hospital, homecare or nursing home setting within the United States Valid CPR card
