Assist other maintenance technician in the repair and maintenance of equipment. Clean and maintain ground, parking lot, fencing and building facility. Communicate with customer, supplier, and associate, individual or group verbally and in writing. Complete work order, record, log and other written or computer based document according to established procedure. Operate material handling equipment, battery equipment, moving machinery, and other powered equipment. Perform preventive maintenance and repair on equipment; lift truck, pneumatic system, material handling equipment, hydraulic equipment, dock equipment, banana room equipment, electronic and electrical equipment etc. According to procedure read and understand technical drawings; blueprint, electronic, mechanical, schematic to repair or maintain equipment. Troubleshoot complex problem with equipment where the repair is not immediately visible or obvious.
Job Requirements
Two years industrial maintenance experience working with electrical, electronics, and mechanical equipment; forklift, convener, building equipment, automated equipment. Experience working with blueprint, schematic, and equipment manual. Course work or certification in welding, electrical, mechanical automation, or industrial electronics.
